  2. Prototype

    Artisans craft a sample piece to test the design’s practicality and make adjustments before full-scale production.

  3. Master sample approval

    You approve the master sample and specifications, so small artisan workshops keep every lot consistent.

  4. Production, QC & export

    Checks on material, design accuracy and finish, then dispatch with a commercial invoice listing HS codes and country-of-origin marking.

What is the minimum order for OEM?

Wholesale orders start around USD 300, but OEM/ODM designs carry higher minimum quantities per design than stock pieces.

What payment terms apply?

New buyers pay 100% upfront by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal before production or shipment. Extended 30–60 day terms are offered to long-standing or large corporate clients.

Can you document EU and US compliance?

We consider EU REACH and nickel-release rules and US CPSC lead and phthalate limits, and provide material declarations or third-party test reports on request.

How are OEM orders shipped?

DHL, FedEx, EMS or UPS for small to medium consignments; sea freight via Benoa or Tanjung Perak for larger volumes. Insurance is available.
