Who can buy from you?
We sell to businesses only — retailers, boutiques, online stores and brands buying jewelry for resale — not to end consumers.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum wholesale order is around USD 300 per order.
How much does Bali silver jewelry cost wholesale?
Standard 925 sterling silver pieces cost about USD 3–15. The final price depends on design complexity, materials and order volume.
How do I pay for my order?
New buyers pay 100% upfront by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal before production or shipment.
Do you offer payment terms?
Long-standing clients may be offered 30–60 day terms once we have worked together.
How fast can I reorder a design?
Reorders of existing designs take 2–6 weeks. Send your previous order details so we can confirm them quickly.
Shipping & customs

How do you ship worldwide?
Small and medium orders go by DHL, FedEx, EMS or UPS. Larger volumes travel by sea freight from Benoa in Bali or Tanjung Perak in Surabaya.
Can I insure my shipment?
Yes. Shipping insurance is available at extra cost to cover loss or damage in transit.
Are there seasonal delays?
Bali’s rainy season, November to March, can slow logistics. Place holiday orders well in advance.
Are you a licensed exporter?
Yes. We export under an NIB business licence registered through Indonesia’s OSS system.
How is my jewelry packed?
Standard packing is plastic bags or bubble wrap. Branded packaging can be developed at extra cost.

What does 925 sterling silver mean?
It is 92.5% pure silver. Our 925 pieces are stamped “925” or “STERLING”.
What types of jewelry do you supply?
925 sterling silver jewelry, boho and costume pieces, and custom designs for boutiques, brands and retailers.
Can you make my own designs?
Yes, from small design changes to exclusive pieces. New molds and samples take 4–8 weeks.
Does your jewelry meet EU and US rules?
In the EU, REACH limits nickel release; in the US, CPSC limits lead and phthalates. We can supply material declarations or third-party test reports on request.
